The Workshop:
This social-emotional skills building workshop for our Prong Pack (10-13) jackalopes uses improv to help practice social awareness and emotional regulation in a low-pressure setting. Through guided scenes and interactive activities, kids learn how to listen to others and respond in the moment. Because they can participate through characters and imagined situations, it can feel easier to try new ways of communicating without having to talk directly about personal experiences.
The workshop focuses on helping kids get more comfortable when things do not go as planned. Participants practice staying involved after a mistake and working through discomfort without leaving the activity.
Over time, the exercises support confidence, self-regulation, and stronger peer interaction.

The cost is $40.
