The Workshop:
Our Monday afternoon Social-Emotional Skill Building Group is for our Jacks (aka ages 14 and older) held at the Hollow Mountain workshop studio at the Brewery Arts Center in Carson City beginning April 27 through May 25.
Each workshop will focus on a new topic ranging from how self talk becomes self-esteem, utilizing S.M.A.R.T. goals, discovering the effects of trauma, learning coping skills, and much more.
